Our Director of Product Development and Research, Dr. Yibing Wang, M.D., Ph.D., in our factory where he explains the process behind creating the Vemma Formula that’s inside every one of our products. Did you know?
Vemma personally conducts a “scientific fingerprint analysis” on all mangosteen and raw materials to ensure nutrient quality and potency.
Conducting over 200 individual microbiological, contaminant and nutrient tests on each batch.
Nitrogen is added before Vemma is capped to remove all remaining oxygen in the bottle.
To protect the antioxidant levels from sunlight, Vemma uses a white BPA free plastic bottle.
1 batch equals 27,000 Vemma bottles. 5 hours to prepare each batch.
Vemma is “Flash Pasturized” for 2.55 seconds and then cold filled at 34°.
Aseptic filling allows for a preservative free formula.
After filling, Vemma is subjected to a battery of additional tests every 15 mins, including microbiological testing, to ensure potency and purity.
Vemma’s in-house R&D specialists conduct a final round of testing before Vemma is released for distribution.
Vemma is individually packaged by hand for world wide delivery to over 49 countries. **up to date Vemma is in 58 countries.
